Holistic Health Therapy
Holistic therapy is a more expansive approach to traditional psychotherapy, and acknowledges the deep connection between the mind, emotions, body and spirit. When one of these areas is out of balance, it can effect the health and harmony of our entire system. By examining these different aspects of ourself we can regain balance in our life, allowing for more harmony, peace, and happiness.
I seek to meet clients wherever they are along their path, offering the level of support that best suits their needs for each session. I draw upon my training as a marriage and family therapist, as well as the many healing modalities I’ve studied over the past 13 years and have healed myself from an “incurable” disease. I offer specific tools and techniques for working with the mind, emotions, and physical body, that can be integrated into a client’s day to day life. With compassion, kindness and openness, I offer a safe space to reconnect and heal all of the aspects of yourself.
