Yoga in Alghero
Yoga Creative Center, tucked away in the beautiful countryside of Alghero, a beautiful beach town in Sassari, Sardinia, the island that belongs to Italy, can be found at about 4 km from the historical center. It is a peaceful place to practice yoga for the spiritual seeker seeking silence, relaxation and positive, stress-free experiences.
The courses are on a monthly basis and are created for those who are dedicated to transforming their lives and becoming happier. There are no drop-in’s, single lessons or trial lessons. Every now and then there are intensive full day retreats that include yoga, meditation, creativity and chanting.
All courses are based on reservation and new students are requested to meet the teacher before starting a course.
The Rainbow Healing House, also in the countryside, offers Reiki and Integrated Energy Healing treatments as well as all course levels for those wishing to become practitioners (with the exception of IET Master).
I am certified in Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga for children from Rama Lotus Center in Ottawa, Canada, and Mudras and Mantras from Swami Shantiprasad.
Member of Y.A.N.I, the Yoga Associazione Nazionale per Insegnanti.
Fluent in English, French and Italian.
All regular courses are taught in Italian with the exception of pre-organized retreats.
Yoga Creative Center is privately owned and will officially open in 2013.

I`m going to Sardinia on the 17th of september to the 25th of september, and I would really like to do some yoga during my stayÜ Could you please help me with som tips?

Hi Nina,
Yoga at Centro Bi.O.Gy.Co. will begin October 4th on Via Mazzini, 24. Unfortunately, I don’t know of any other lessons happening during the month of September.
